The Trieda Java String charAt() metóda sa vracia hodnotu char pri danom indexovom čísle .
Indexové číslo začína od 0 a ide do n-1, kde n je dĺžka reťazca. Vracia sa StringIndexOutOfBoundsException, ak je dané indexové číslo väčšie alebo rovné tejto dĺžke reťazca alebo zápornému číslu.
Syntax
public char charAt(int index)
Metóda akceptuje index ako parameter. Počiatočný index je 0. Vracia znak na špecifickej pozícii indexu v reťazci. To hádže StringIndexOutOfBoundsException ak je index záporná hodnota alebo je väčšia ako táto dĺžka reťazca.
