Metóda isAlphabetic(intcodePoint) triedy Character určuje, či zadaný znak je abeceda alebo nie.

Znak sa považuje za abecedu, ak má tieto vlastnosti:

• VEĽKÉ PÍSMENO
• MALÉ PÍSMENO
• TITLECASE_LETTER
• MODIFIER_LETTER
• OTHER_LETTER
• LETTER_NUMBER alebo
• Ďalšie abecedy definované štandardom Unicode.

Syntax

 public static Boolean isAlphabetic(int codePoint) 

Parameter

codePoint : Je to charakter, ktorý sa má testovať.

Návratová hodnota

Metóda isAlphabetic(intcodePoint) vráti hodnotu true, ak ide o znak abecedy Unicode. V opačnom prípade táto metóda vráti hodnotu false.
